Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Executive located in Noida.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Quality Control Executive to ensure our home textile products meet the company's quality standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying defects, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining records across various stages of production.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct in-line and final inspections of home textile products (e.g., bedsheets, cushions, curtains, etc.).

* Monitor quality at various production stages including fabric inspection, stitching, finishing, and packing.

* Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and client specifications.

* Identify defects and coordinate with production teams for corrective action.

* Prepare and maintain QC reports, audit records, and rejection analysis.

* Communicate quality-related issues with relevant departments and escalate major concerns.

* Assist in implementing and improving quality control procedures.

* Monitor product testing (shrinkage, color fastness, etc.) where applicable.

* Support vendor/factory audits and third-party inspection visits when required.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Textile Technology or related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the home textile industry.

* Strong knowledge of quality parameters, fabric defects and textile testing standards.

* Attention to detail and excellent observation skills.

* Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, email, report writing).

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work in factory/production floor conditions.
