Quality Control Executive

Implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Develop and maintain project quality control plans, procedures, and inspection checklists.
- Conduct quality control inspections and audits, and document findings and corrective actions.
- Monitor materials management, including material handling, storage, and use, to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Develop and maintain material management plans, procedures, and inventory control systems.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project quality and materials management goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to materials management and quality control.
- Maintain knowledge of developments in the field of quality control and materials management and incorporate this knowledge into project activities.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and regulations in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of materials management best practices, including inventory control and handling procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ensure proper safety and equipment maintenance procedures are followed.
- Execution of all work tasks within the technological process of quality control of products, intermediate products, and raw materials.
- Analysis of raw materials, products, and intermediate products, as well as timely communication with other production departments, especially in case of deviations from the required quality standards.
- Responsibility and monitoring of compliance with all Quality Standards requirements, product integrity and good manufacturing practices in all sectors.
- overseeing the dispatch of products on time.
- ensuring that packing and transportation meet a company's quality control.
- Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register (MRR), Storage, Dispatch, and Inventory Control.
- Preparation of MRN MIN (Material Receipt Note Material Issue Note) through Material Management Software.
- Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
- Maintain all store reports in Manual/ ERP Software.
- Maintain store stock register Assets stock register.
- Prepare monthly store reconciliation statement.
- Maintaining Minimum Stock level of all consumables.
- Maintaining the proper Method of stock issue maintaining the various levels of stock.
- Review of Store function (DPR/ERP feeding Status) of sites on daily basis.
- Overall responsibility for all Stores, Dispatch Purchase functions.

**Salary**: ₹8,488.24 - ₹39,765.56 per month
