Job Title: Sales, Marketing and Operations Officer (Equity-Based Role)

Job Description: We are a start-up company seeking a Sales, Marketing and Operations Officer to join our team on a pure equity-based role with no fixed salary until we secure funding. As a Sales, Marketing and Operations Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end sales, marketing and operations activities of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and trends
- Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive demand
- Manage the company's social media presence and online marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and partners
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales, marketing and operational activities
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Work closely with the management team to align sales, marketing and operations with overall business objectives

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, marketing and operations, preferably in a start-up environment
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed

Please note that this is a pure equity-based role with no fixed salary until we secure funding.
