Key Responsibilities:

- Following up with customers as necessary to ensure their satisfaction.
- Managing and documenting customer interactions and transactions.

- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics related to call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests via chat or messaging services on the company's website.
- Providing product and service information to customers and addressing their concerns or complaints.
- Assisting customers with technical support issues, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or specialist for resolution.
