
Customer Service Representative

As a customer representative, you will be responsible for initiating and maintaining communication with potential customers via telephone. Your main objective will be to promote and sell products or services, meet sales targets, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and engage in conversations to promote and sell products or services.
- Provide information about the features, benefits, and pricing of the products or services offered by the company.
- Listen attentively to customer needs, address their queries, and offer appropriate solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Follow a scripted sales pitch or adapt sales techniques based on customer responses and requirements.
- Maintain a database of potential and existing customers, record all interactions, and update relevant information.
- Identify and qualify leads, track sales opportunities, and effectively manage the sales pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide feedback, share market insights, and contribute to product development or improvement.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' offerings.
- Adhere to sales scripts, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Strive to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Any degree with good communication abilities can apply
- Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers over the phone.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
