**Program Coordinator / Academic Admin - B.Sc. Data Science Course**

**Location: Garware College Campus, Pune | Full-Time (On-Site)**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a committed and organized **Program Coordinator / Academic Admin** to support the day-to-day operations of the **B.Sc. in Data Science** program at **Garware College, Pune**, run in partnership with SDBI. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for academic coordination, student services, and effective administration in the higher education space.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate academic schedules, lectures, faculty sessions, and assessments
- Act as the key liaison between faculty, students, and the parent institution (SDBI)
- Track attendance, student progress, and maintain student academic records
- Support faculty with classroom logistics and teaching material
- Handle student queries and coordinate with the admissions and placement team
- Assist with planning student events, workshops, and industry-led sessions
- Ensure timely communication of timetables, exam notices, and academic guidelines
- Prepare periodic academic reports and ensure adherence to university protocols
- Maintain documentation, inventory of materials, and logístical needs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (education/management/IT preferred); Master’s a plus
- **1-3 years of experience in academic coordination or admin roles**:

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic data handling
- Comfortable working with students, faculty, and institutional partners
- Ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, and manage academic calendars

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
