Customer Service Executive/Representative (For Education Inst.in Mohali)

**Job Description**:

- Co-ordinate with Associates/Education Partners
- Attend queries & resolve them
- Provide Course information to students, Centers
- Documentation work for admission process
- Customer Service/ Customer Retention
- Maintain daily records

Desired Criteria:

- Any Female Graduate
- Good communication skills
- Problem resolving attitude & good listener
- Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience of admin/ operations/ Customer care
- Any Exp in education sector can be an advantage

**Salary**: Rs.14,000 to Rs. 18,000/- (Negotiable)

- Corporate office of a University situated in Punjab.
