**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze existing business processes across departments and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using **VBA**, **Python**, or any suitable tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Finance, Sales, Operations) to understand process pain points and automation needs.
- Create detailed documentation for automated processes including flow diagrams, technical specifications, and user manuals.
- Monitor performance of automation tools, troubleshoot issues, and continuously enhance functionality.
- Provide training and support to users for newly implemented solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend tools that could improve organizational productivity.
- Ensure compliance with IT and data security standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in process automation or a similar role.
- Proficiency in **VBA (Excel Macros)**, **Python**, and data handling libraries like **pandas**, **openpyxl**, etc.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like **Power Automate**, **UiPath**, or **RPA platforms** is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of databases (SQL), APIs, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience in agile development environments and project management tools.
- Previous experience in a multi-departmental automation role.
