We are searching for a talented corporate lawyer to handle all our company’s legal transactions, partnerships, and projects. Your principal goal will be to guarantee that all our company’s transactions comply with state laws and regulations, while actively helping our company avoid possible legal risks and violations.
This track role is open to LLB Graduate from a reputed Law college with 10 - 15 years’ experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drafting and Vetting of Loan Agreements, Corporate Guarantees, Personal Guarantees, Deed of Hypothecation, Mortgage Deeds, Contracts, Deeds, Various kinds of Service Provider Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements and related ancillary documents in loan products such as Infrastructure and Real Estate.
- Reviewing legal opinions of Indian and foreign counsels.
- Co-ordinating and closely working with the business teams and
understanding the business and negotiating with the clients on loan
documents and devising loan structures in case of complex transactions.
- Briefing and Co-ordinating with external Law Firms in respect of high-stake deals and transactions.

**Required Skill Sets**:

- LLB Graduate from a reputed Law College with 10 - 15 years’ experience.
