**Position: AVP - Compliance & Legal**
**Qualification: CS**
**Experience: 5 to 9 years**
**Location: Mumbai**
- Well versed with the regulations relating to SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulation, 2012, SEBI (Portfolio Managers) Regulations, 2020 and SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 and circulars, guidelines issued thereunder
- Understanding the regulatory requirement and then handling the same
- Handling Statutory Compliances with SEBI
- Handling Annual Filing and filing of other e-forms
- Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization
- Drafting the Minutes, agreements and Non-Disclosure agreements
- Partnering with Product team to understand the requirements and vetting them according to compliance requirement.
