**Merchandiser/ Merchant -Export House**

**Preferred: Immediate joiner (within 7 to 15 days )**

Location: Malviya nagar, Jaipur

Experience
- 5 years to 8 years (Merchandiser -Garment Export House)

Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Fashion merchandising from NIFT, Pearl or reputed Fashion Institute/University.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1.Communicating with buyerson regular basis to understand buyer’s needs and clarifying each and every queries related product development, production, quality requirement etc.

2.Develop various garment sample as requested by the buyer and submit to the buyer for approvals.

3. Submit a probable costing sheet to the buyer.

4. Ensure the product quality and timely shipment delivery to satisfy & to maintain post purchase service and relationship with the buyer.

5. Prepare Time and Action Calendar (TNA) for scheduling for various pre-production and production activities like sampling, approvals, cutting, sewing, final inspection date, shipment dispatch etc.

6- Sharing TNA with production team, quality team and other concerned personnel to Fulfill order.

7- Responsible for making Bill of Materials and handover the same to sourcing department.

8-Coordinate and track the sourcing activities and makes sure that all the raw materials are delivered on time.

9-Initiate sourcing raw material. Select the vendor for fabrics and other raw material. Chase with the raw material supplier and source material on time.

10-Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with them as and when they occur.

11.Prepare production file to communicate on style detailing and quality standard with the production department.

12. Conduct pre-production meeting & discuss the style, trims, construction, production schedule etc. for each style. with concerned departments after receiving buyer approval and comments on PP Sample.

13. Keep track of the position of the order that is being processed.

14. Responsible and in turn answerable to the buyer for delivering the goods as specified and within the committed time period.

15. Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with them as and when they occur.

16. Once the order is executed and the shipment is dispatched, responsible for post-shipment comments (after sales service) and to maintain a long-term relationship with the buyer.

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
