**Job Title: Merchandiser**

**Job Summary**:As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing product displays, inventory levels, and overall merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. This role requires a keen understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and effective communication with various stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Presentation**:Develop and implement visually appealing product displays to attract customer attention and maximize sales.
Ensure that merchandise is presented in an organized and aesthetically pleasing manner.

**Inventory Management**:Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely replenishment of products.

**Market Analysis**:Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Use market insights to make informed decisions about product selection, pricing, and promotions.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and store operations, to align merchandising strategies with overall business goals.
Communicate effectively with suppliers to negotiate terms, track deliveries, and address any supply chain issues.

**Promotions and Pricing**:Plan and execute promotional activities and pricing strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
Analyze the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Visual Merchandising**:Ensure that store layouts and displays conform to brand standards and guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and cohesive promotional campaigns.

**Data Analysis**:Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and areas of success.
Utilize data to make informed decisions regarding product assortment and inventory levels.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
