Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our jewellery division. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with a keen eye for market trends, design aesthetics, and customer preferences. You will be responsible for managing product development, vendor coordination, inventory planning, and ensuring the right product mix to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute merchandise strategies in line with company goals and market trends.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure timely product development and delivery.
  • Work closely with suppliers and artisans for new product samples, costing, and quality control.
  • Analyze sales performance, product movement, and customer feedback to optimize assortments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales and merchandising reports.
  • Support photo shoots, catalog preparation, and visual merchandising requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in jewellery merchandising or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of jewellery production processes, materials, and pricing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, aesthetics, and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹47,355.21 per month
