**Responsibilities Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct research on the agricultural input demands and trends, focusing on emerging opportunities.
- Competitor Landscaping: Collect pricing strategies, product offerings, schemes etc of competitors in the agri input e-commerce space.
- Gather intelligence on customer preferences, product cycle, purchasing behavior
- Feedback and Surveys: Conduct customer surveys to gather insights on user preferences,satisfaction levels, and areas where offers can be improved.
- Data Management: Gather, organize, and manage data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

**Qualifications**:
Currently completed a degree in Agricultural, Agri-Business, Agri-Marketing, or a related field.

Good analytical skills

Knowledge of agricultural practices and trends in India is highly desirable.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
