
Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Drive admissions and meet monthly sales targets
Maintain a well-organized pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
Provide accurate information regarding courses, admission criteria, and payment options
Build trust and rapport with potential students through consistent, sincere communication
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process
Key Traits & Requirements:
Street smart with strong communication and persuasion skills
Target-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales goals
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple leads effectively
Tenacious and persistent, with the ability to handle rejection positively
Sincere, ethical, and committed to student success
A workaholic attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA or equivalent is a plus
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or counseling (preferably in the education sector)
Work Type: Full-time | On-site

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
