**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Planning and Coordination**:
- Identify suitable locations for eye camps in collaboration with management and local community leaders.
- Develop a detailed plan, including budgets, timelines, and resources needed for each camp.
- Coordinate with hospital staff to schedule ophthalmologists, technicians, and support staff.
- **Logistics Management**:
- Arrange transportation for staff, equipment, and supplies.
- Set up camp venues, ensuring all necessary infrastructure (tables, chairs, examination stations, etc.) is in place.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure availability during the camp.
- **Community Outreach**:
- Liaise with local organizations, NGOs, and community leaders to spread awareness about upcoming camps.
- Promote camps through posters, announcements, and social media where applicable.
- Maintain strong relationships with local communities to ensure maximum participation.
- **Camp Execution**:
- Oversee day-to-day operations during the camp to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor patient registration and ensure an efficient flow of patients through examination, treatment, and counseling.
- Address any issues or emergencies that arise during the camp.
- **Team Coordination**:
- Supervise and guide support staff and volunteers.
- Ensure that the team adheres to protocols and maintains a high standard of care.
- **Post-Camp Activities**:
- Collect and compile data on patients served, treatments provided, and any follow-up requirements.
- Submit detailed reports to hospital management, including feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Follow up with patients needing additional care or surgeries at the hospital.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in organizing medical camps or events is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work in rural/remote areas.
- Basic knowledge of eye care services is an asset but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
