**Designation - Staff Nurse (Night Shift)**

**Job Summary**:
The Nurse is expected to assist the Doctor and coordinate with the clinic team for regular maintenance and supplies of clinic and support in capturing client medical history/records and field level health camps. The Nurse supports Doctor in conducting physical examination including ano-genital region, blood collection and guide the clients on medication intake.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Doctor during patient medical history taking and examination.
- Conduct clinical examination of the patient including general examination, systemic examination and internal examination; and create individual client file such as body weight, height, blood pressure levels and any other medical findings.
- Willing to get trained/updated on service delivery components such as HIV, TB, PrEP, HRT etc
- Support the Clinic Coordinator and outreach team in service delivery planning and organising health camps
- Perform point of care test at the clinic / satellite clinics / field level as per the demand
- Maintain universal precaution for blood safety related issues and take care of the cleanliness of the clinic
- Take care of the pharmacy and dispense medication to the client based on the prescription
- Maintain record of medicines/testing kits/ necessary consumables and forecast requirement of the same on a monthly basis to ensure adequate stock
- as hard copy and computerized records
- Participate in review meetings; and assist the team in identifying and addressing the gap areas in patient care and clinic management.
- Ensure patient confidentiality, data security and protection as mentioned in the SOP.
- Ensure that a friendly environment is created the patients are comfortable.
- Any other work assigned by supervisor.

**Qualification and Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree/diploma in Nursing with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Willingness to work in night shift.
- Maintains professionalism and works as an active team member.
- Community and gender friendly approach is required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
