**Job Summary**:
The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. This role includes monitoring patient health, administering medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive healthcare.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care based on the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed.
- Respond to emergency situations quickly and effectively.
- Participate in ward rounds and team meetings.
- Supervise junior staff and assist with their training if required.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (GNM/BSc Nursing).
- Valid nursing license/registration with [Insert Relevant Nursing Council].

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems is an advantage.

**Salary : 15,000 to 20,000 per month**
