Planning and Strategy:

- Developing and implementing business plans, strategies, and goals in alignment with the organization's overall objectives.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborating with senior management to make informed decisions and provide strategic recommendations.

Operations Management:

- Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that all processes run smoothly.
