**Role Description**
**Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for:
- Working with the consultancy, software development, product, commercial, business operations and colleague management teams to govern our internal operations and embed a positive work environment and culture across our global teams.
- Proactively managing our systems is in line with agreed business standards.
- Managing the consistency and accuracy of our data held across our systems.
- Utilising the Service Desk and 9ine Platform to organise and deliver daily activities, in line with agreed SLAs.
- Acting as a liaison between internal teams and clients when required, by addressing escalations, coordinating services, and ensuring seamless service delivery and effective issue resolution.
- Handling highly confidential information in an honest and trustworthy way.
- Proactively delivering the governance responsibilities of our business areas to ensure our client products and services are successfully delivered, including the 9ine Platform.
- Managing client deliverables in line with contracts and ensuring it is scheduled in line with agreed standards.
- Managing the organisation and execution of internal and external events, including workshops, meetings, webinars, etc., with the goal of ensuring smooth administration and successful outcomes while taking meeting minutes as required.
- Carrying our administration activities for our business areas.
- Ensuring there is a clear trail of accountability in relation to the agreed deliverables.
- Supporting the management and creation of training materials with the various teams across the business for both internal and external use.
- Creating, developing and maintaining intellectual property.
- Ensuring our processes (and supporting policies) are documented in the agreed systems.
- Maintaining internal standards and documentation associated with areas of responsibilities.
- Training colleagues on our internal systems, standards, policies and processes.
- Taking an active role in our internal and external audits and standards management, including but not limited to ISO:9001.
- Providing suggestions and areas of improvement back into the business to help improve our products and services.
- Proactive reporting on agreed key business metrics.
- Providing regular briefings and reports about risks and issues which affect our business and could impact the future aspirations of our business.
- Presenting both written and verbal outputs directly to various stakeholders (internally and externally) in a clear and concise manner.
- Communicating with diverse stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Escalating risks and issues to the senior management team.
**Skills and Experience**
- Relevant qualifications in business management, IT, software, product, commercial, data protection, or a related field.
- An understanding of management principles, ideally project management.
- An understanding of a professional services environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent organisational and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering strong administrative support to teams.
- Excellent IT and navigational skills throughout Google Workspace.
**Professional Development Responsibilities**
You will be required to:
- Make recommendations about areas of improvement or development within the business.
- Drive personal continued professional development in line with the business objectives.
- Provide training and support to colleagues within the business and ensure their continuous development.
- Identify new trends in technologies and structure training strategies for the team to help them adopt it.

- Undertake any other duties as reasonably required.
