- **About the Role**_

S&M Tech is looking for a **creative and skilled Multimedia Designer** to join our team.
This role combines **graphic design, video editing, and basic animation** to deliver high-quality client projects for social media, branding, and marketing campaigns.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Design **logos, social media posts, brochures, posters, flyers, and branding kits**.
- Edit **short videos, reels, promotional clips, and explainer videos**.
- Create **2D motion graphics, animated text, logo animations, and short animated videos**.
- Ensure all visuals and videos are **on-brand, visually appealing, and delivered on time**.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to **understand client requirements**.
- Maintain daily/weekly progress updates and suggest creative improvements.
- **Take ownership** of projects, make decisions, and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- **Required Skills & Tools**_

**Graphic Design Tools**:

- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CorelDraw, Figma (optional)

**Video Editing Tools**:

- Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Filmora

**Animation / Motion Graphics Tools**:

- Adobe After Effects, Canva Animation, Premiere Pro (basic animations)

**Other Skills / Attributes**:

- Strong creativity, color sense, typography, and layout design
- Ability to **stay updated with current trends and software**:

- Able to **work independently** and take **ownership of projects**:

- Strong **decision-making skills** for creative and technical solutions
- Committed to **meeting deadlines** and maintaining high-quality output
- **Qualification**_
- Diploma/Degree in **Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts**, or equivalent
- Portfolio showing **graphics, videos, and basic animations** **is required during the interview**:

- Freshers with strong skills are welcome; 1-3 years experience preferred
- **Targets / Performance Expectations**_
- **Daily**: 4-6 graphics (posts, ads, branding materials)
- **Weekly**: 3-5 short videos / reels
- **Monthly**: 3-4 animated explainer videos or logo animations
- Deliver all client projects on time and maintain **high-quality standards**

**Salary & Benefits**
- **Salary (CTC): ₹12,000 - ₹15,000/month** (based on skills & experience).
- **Performance Bonus**: ₹1,000 - ₹3,000/month (for timely delivery & quality).
- This role does not currently include PF/ESI benefits as per company policy.

**Work Timings**
- **Work Days**: Monday to Saturday
- **Weekly Off & Holidays**: Sundays and additional holidays as per company policy
- **Work Hours**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM IST
- Must be reachable for client/project updates within working hours
- **Overtime**:Not expected; if required, will follow legal standards.
- **Employment Terms (Legal & Compliance)**_
- **Probation Period**: 3 months; confirmation based on performance
- **Notice Period**: 7 days during probation; 30 days after confirmation
- **Termination Clause**: Employment may be terminated for misconduct, non-performance, or breach of confidentiality, with or without notice, in accordance with applicable laws.
- **Intellectual Property**: All work created during employment remains the property of S&M Tech
- **Confidentiality**: Employee must maintain strict confidentiality of client data and company projects
- **Location Clause**: Employment is legally based in Tamil Nadu, India (Remote role)
