- Monitor, assess, and document student progress regularly.
- Engage in regular communication with parents to discuss student development.

**For PRT (Classes I-X)**:

- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum.
- Use interactive and child-centered teaching techniques.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Prepare and assess lesson plans, assignments, and student progress.

**For TGT (Classes VI-X)**:

- Develop academic content and evaluation methods.
- Encourage students' analytical and critical thinking.
- Participate in school activities, events, and assessments.

**4. Desired Qualifications & Skills**:KG (Montessori)**:

- Diploma/Certification in Montessori/NTT.
- Prior experience in early childhood education preferred.

**PRT**:

- Good command over English and classroom management skills.

**TGT**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching middle school preferred.

**PGT**:

- Minimum 3 years of senior secondary teaching experience preferred.
