**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Total Experience**: Minimum of 15 years in the education field.
- **Senior Secondary Experience**: At least 5 years of experience in a senior secondary role.
- **Educational Qualification**: Postgraduate degree (PG) in Education or a related field (must).
- **Experience**: Proven track record of leadership in a school environment, particularly in a CBSE-affiliated institution.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with modern educational technology and learning management systems.
