**Position**: Vice Principal

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Principal in day-to-day academic and administrative operations.
- Oversee teaching and learning processes in Senior Secondary classes.
- Mentor and support teachers for effective CBSE Board exam preparation.
- Maintain discipline, ensure curriculum delivery, and drive academic performance.
- Lead by example in managing both teaching responsibilities and leadership roles.
- Coordinate with parents, staff, and management to achieve the school’s vision.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Postgraduate with B.Ed/M.Ed in relevant discipline.
- Experience in **Senior Secondary CBSE curriculum** handling.
- Prior experience as **Vice Principal / Academic Coordinator** is highly preferred.
- Proven track record as a **Board-handling Teacher** in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
