Urgent hiring Clinical Associate-Gynec for reputed maternity hospital near Bhubaneshwar.

Qualification : MBBS+DGO/ DNB/ MS with valid Odisha Medical Council Registration. Experience : 0 to 1+ years relevant experience with 50+ beded women and child healthcare hospital is required.

Job Description : 1. Manage OPD, Indoor ward and Emergency independently. 2. Care for and treat women during prenatal, natal and postnatal periods 3. Taking complete care of managing patients based on their medical needs 4. Should be fluent in conducted deliveries, routine procedures and surgeries like MTP (D &E), LSCS, Hysterectomy etc. 5. Perform cesarean sections or other surgical procedures as needed to preserve patients' health and deliver babies safely.
6. Taking proper rounds giving due time to each patient, and adequate no. of rounds depending upon patient’s condition. Proper counseling of relatives to be done before and during admission at each stage.
7. Advise patients and family members concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention
10. Conducting procedural, emergency and planned surgeries.
12. Any other duty assigned by the HOD or Medical Director.
13. Documenting prescriptions, procedures, ward rounds, treatments, history, examination findings and Nursing orders.
14. Prepare government and organizational reports on birth, death, and disease statistics, workforce evaluations, or the medical status of individuals
15. Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients & family.

16. Proper counseling of patient politely, relatives, explaining in detail about the disease, treatment plan, procedures if any with risks involved, prognosis.
18. Prepare admission and discharge notes as per the instructions of the consultants in timely manner.
19. Management of the Gynec wards and labor room etc.

Salary : Rs.80,000/- to Rs.1.10 LPM (Subject to Qualifications, Experience & Current CTC).
