**Negotiation**: Use effective negotiation techniques to secure the voluntary surrender of payment arrangements from debtors.

**Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of all interactions, activities, and communications related to the recovery process.

**Compliance**: Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations governing debt recovery, ensuring ethical and legal practices.

**Communication**: Communicate professionally with debtors, clients, and team members, providing updates and progress reports.

**Safety**: Prioritize safety for yourself and others while working in potentially challenging or confrontational situations.

**Technology**: Utilize technology and software systems to track and manage cases, as well as document progress.

**Training**: Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices by participating in ongoing training and professional development.
- **High School Diploma**: Minimum educational requirement; additional relevant education or training is a plus.
- **Licensing**: Must possess any required state licenses or permits.

**Experience**: Prior experience in debt recovery, repossession, or related field is preferred but not mandatory for all positions.

**Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.

**Problem Solving**: Ability to handle complex and high-stress situations.

**Physical Fitness**: The role may require lifting, towing, and securing assets, so physical fitness is important.

**Working Conditions**:

- The job may require irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate debtor availability.
- Fieldwork may involve potentially confrontational or challenging situations, so the ability to remain calm under pressure is crucial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
