**Job Title: Recovery Executive**

**Department: Recovery**

**Reports To: Accounts Manager**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound field visits to clients to collect payment on past due accounts.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements within authorized limits.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all collection activities in compliance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling sensitive financial discussions.
- Resolve customer disputes professionally and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Ensure all collection efforts comply with federal, state, and local collections laws and regulations.
- Generate and submit monthly collection reports and update relevant accounting records.
- Maintain confidentiality of client’s information at all times.
- Meet or exceed monthly collection targets and KPIs.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and other collection-related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in collections, preferably in a field-based role.
- Strong knowledge of collections regulations and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with collections/accounting software.

**Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.**

**Preferred Skills**:
**Experience with B2B and B2C collections.**
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Background in conflict resolution or customer service
