Hiring for Sales Profile at Umenit Solutions LLP

**EXPERIENCE IN IT SERVICES SALES IS MANDATORY**

As a Sales Representative at Umenit you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and potential customers. Identify and prioritize target clients and industries for sales outreach.

Explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor information.

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in cold calling and sales, A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
- IT SERVICES SALES: 1 year (preferred)
