**Position: Territory Sales In charge**
**Role**: Manage distributors, drive primary and secondary sales, and achieve S&D targets in the assigned territory.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle distributor operations, ensuring stock availability and order placement.
- Achieve primary sales from company to distributors and secondary sales to retailers.
- Expand market reach by onboarding new retailers and maintaining relationships.
- Monitor sales trends, analyze performance, and report regularly.
- Execute market strategies and ensure effective route coverage.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong market knowledge of Satara.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Pay: ₹198,857.44 - ₹350,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
