Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Work)

**Responsibilities**:
Perform field sales and marketing activities for pharmaceutical products in the assigned area.Build and maintain relationships with doctors, medical stores, and hospitals.

Achieve sales targets and ensure proper product positioning in the market.

Collect feedback from clients and report market trends to the management.

Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM systems as needed.

Support product launches and promotional events.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Must have relevant field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Skills: Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Education: Graduate (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).

Other: Should have own mode of transportation for field visits.
