**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products or services and generate sales leads.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager.
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the sales manager on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding the customer base.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to improve sales performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and objections in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops as required.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Fluent in English and Gujarati languages, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
