- Meeting sales targetsInitiating outbound calls with the aim of generating sales. They may also collaborate with the sales team to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Telecallers should have excellent communication skills, typing skills, technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, persuasiveness, patience, and persistence.
