**Customer Outreach**: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products, services, or gather feedback. Handle inbound calls as required.

**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads based on customer interest and needs, passing qualified leads to the sales team or following up to close deals.

**Customer Support**: Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and troubleshooting problems to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Follow-ups**: Regularly follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied, collect feedback, and maintain customer relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
