**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently.
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call records and update the database regularly.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.

**Requirements**:

- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in telecalling/customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
