We have an immediate opening for Customer Support Executive for an International Voice Process - **Night Shift**

**Mandatory requirements**:

- Should be able to attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Should be able to clarify customers queries and give an appropriate solution
- Should have good logical, analytical and Time Management skills
- Willingness to learn and switch to other verticals
- Should be ready to work in US Shifts.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Any International Voice process background will be given high priority.
- Knowledge of MS Office & Social Tools
- Fixed shift timings from 8pm to 5am (IST)
- Salary range between 2.5 - 3 Lakhs per annum, based on the skill set & experience
- Immediate joiners are preferred

**Benefits**:

- Pick-up and Drop cab facilities.
- Performance-based incentives range from Rs 10000- Rs 45000 per month.

- Saturday & Sunday are fixed weeks off.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
