**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**
- 1.Ensure Parts availability for BDT ( Off road Tractors) : End to End Tracking of BDT order. Coordination with SBU for Same day dispatch of BDT..Define Stock Norm for BDT Parts and ensure MSS efficiency above 95%. Define alternate parts master.
2.Work Closely with SBU ( Spare Business Unit) Team to ensure BDT FFR( First Fill Rate) & Commercial FFR above target.
3.Acheive Spare parts revenue targets on monthly basis. Coordination with SBU to improve execution of orders and ensure billing.
4. Spare Parts Pricing : Ensure Timely pricing of new Spare Parts.
Achieve Spare Parts Profitability by doing parts revision based on Cost /targeted contribution & Benchmarking with Market.
5.Maintain Material Masters in SAP, Pricing Masters and coordinate with various departments like Account, GST & SBU-Warehouse Operation, Sourcing & Demand Planning to maintain related parts info in system.
6.New Models Spare Parts readiness before launch : Basic Price settlement of parts for service along with CDMM, SSU & SBU. Define Stock norms for new model parts.
Planning of IDK, HUB Kit & WH Kits across warehouses and dealerships for new model parts.
7. Ensure Parts availability for Retro Fitment Activities.
8. Demand Forecasting
9.End to End tracking of Spare Parts orders along with SBU.
10.Improve Transit Time of spare parts delivery to channel partners.
11.Development of Navjeevan Kits to increase the revenue.
12.Provide support to channel partners by resolving their queries. Monitor FDW Pending orders & take with IT & field team for clearing orders.
13.Improve utilization of Sparts part related FDW portal and do the IT developments to simplify the processes.
