**Role Overview**:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the automobile sector. Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base, enhancing relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that drive growth and meet the company’s objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and engage potential clients in the automobile industry, including spare part and auto part sales. Develop and implement strategies to secure new business.
- **Sales Management**: Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring that sales targets and objectives are met or exceeded.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the management team.
- **Customer Support**: Offer pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales, including spare parts and auto parts.

In Tata Motors, Mahindra Motors, KIA, Maruti Motors And Others Motos, Automobile Company.
- **Sales Expertise**: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate confidently.
- **Relationship Building**: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- **Market Knowledge**: Understanding of the automobile industry and market dynamics.
- **Technical Aptitude**: Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of auto parts and spares.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Diploma or Graduation Marketing & Sales, or a related field (preferred).
