Liaise between the parents, teachers, franchise heads and anyone else when needed
- Be responsible for the overall operations of the center, administration and maintenance of the center
- Convert walk-ins, and inquiries to admission
- Ensure the smooth running of the center - resources, printouts or any other needs of teachers are available and ready. Take care of the learning space.
- Make sure that the curriculum and any other academic-related promises given to the parents during admission are kept. Train the teachers when needed.
- Manage fees report of each child and send out reminders to parents when needed.
- Ensure that all communication is sent out to parents and teachers on time
- Conduct different events to keep the center engaged and the parents, care givers involved
- Do marketing when needed and do press advertisements if needed
- Monitor needs of parents, support/mentor them when they seek help, accept feedback and make sure needed actions are taken
- Do classroom observations now and then to understand if everything is going on per the schedule and needs of the children are met
- Approve leaves, conduct interviews of teachers, housekeeping staff (if needed)
- Make sure that quality, safety and professionalism are maintained at the center.
- Have constant communication with the Franchise heads to work on numbers and feedback when needed
- Do market analysis to find out the latest trends and children events that are happening in town where branding can be done

Good English and Tamil Communication is required.

Relevant Experience is a must. Training on EuroKids procedures will be given.
