**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating revenue and driving business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding sales opportunities. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting them into customers through effective sales techniques. Your role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that meet their requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and research potential clients and sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, assessing their needs, budget, and purchasing authority.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and priorities.
- Conduct needs assessments and propose customized solutions that address client needs and add value to their business.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospects.
- Highlight the features, benefits, and unique selling points of products or services to differentiate them from competitors.
- **Sales Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Handle objections, address concerns, and overcome obstacles to secure commitments from prospects.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**:

- Manage and update the sales pipeline in CRM software, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Prioritize sales opportunities based on potential value, urgency, and probability of closing.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:

- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress against targets.
- Provide feedback and insights to management on sales trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
- **Customer Service and Support**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and follow-up to maintain positive relationships.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
