Job Title: Operation Executive

Location: South Bangalore, Singasandra

**Job Description**:
As an operations executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the directors of the company in various aspects of business operations. You will be responsible for assisting with issues related to HR, operations, procurement, and accounting, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Operations Support:

- Work closely with the operations team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Help coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and other activities.

3. Purchase Management:

- Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing vendors, obtaining quotes, and negotiating contracts.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and expenses.

4. Accounting Support:

- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
- Support the finance team in preparing financial reports and budgeting activities.
- Help ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience or internship in a similar role is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
