**Job Title**:
Back Office Executive
**Job Summary**:
This role involves managing/processing client accounts, processing transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the front office and trading activities. The Operations Staff must maintain a high level **of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.**
**Office timing - 2.00 PM - 12 AM**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Account Processing**:
- Verification of all the KYC documents thoroughly and process the Dmat account of the clients.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:
- Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports.
- Monitor for suspicious activities and report potential compliance issues.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.
- Generate and analyse reports on trading activities and operational metrics.
- Provide regular updates to management on operational performance and issues.
- **Customer Support**:
- Respond to client inquiries regarding transactions, account status, and other operational matters.
- Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**:
- Work closely with the seniors, dealers and compliance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate with IT support for system updates and troubleshooting.
- **Other Duties**:
- Assist in special projects as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience: Freshers with the network engineering will be preferred.**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and brokerage software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- should be able to work for extra hours depending on pending work.
