Installation, configuration, up-gradation, administration, and performance enhancement of JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, Confluence

Hands-on expertise in Jira/Confluence Data Center implementations

Experience with major add-ons like Agile Hive, Adaptavist Scriptrunner, JMWE, Automation for Jira, etc.

Creating and managing complex configuration elements including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes and notification schemes and boards.

Knowledge on PostgreSQL/Mysql knowledge.

Should be familiar with Agile / SAFe framework and SCRUM methodologies

Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux added advantage

Knowledge in SSL, SSO, and LDAP configuration for Jira/Confluence
