Leading, supervising and controlling his team of DSRs for the implementation of the growth agenda in the area through the opportunities addressed by:

Planning & Organizing
- Executing the Agenda (Focus Areas & Enablers, Annual Plan)
- Setting objectives (Targets at monthly level)
- Field Review Meetings
- Driving process parameters
- Executing trade programs and trade inputs (schemes etc.)

Leadership & Team management
- Coaching the salesmen
- Performance Management, Learning & Development of the team
- Relationship Building
- Review and Analytics

Analyzing Area Performance
- Touring by objectives
- Review of Focus Areas
- Responding to competitive environment
