Our Opening and Your Responsibilities - Support to Achieve Quarterly NSV targets from designated OEM accounts. - Follow up on timely order entries with Sales admin. - Work with order entry team to update all orders in SAP with accuracy & timelines. - Internal and external communication to get approvals in case of dispatch and order entries. - Customers follow up for critical payments and documents. Follow up with finance for ABG & PBG.” - Coordinate with different functions like Credit control, SCM, factory, regions, and ROEs for on time dispatches by focusing on Order clearances, material status updates etc. - Follow-up with MDM team for customer code / account creation and edition. - Coordinate with SMs/RMs/FSRs to update on high value project tracking on fortnight basis. - Maintain pending issues for OEM tracker by coordinating with BM/RM for timely resolution of issues. - Weekly dashboard on team activity and opportunities and to circulate to regions. - Refinish account order processing on need basis. - Learn about products of different divisions of MT and generate cross leads. - Should be good at relationship management. - Must possess good communication skills in English and Local language. - Good analytical skills, Business acumen, goal oriented, self-motivated and proactive. - Good interpersonal skills. - Ability to multi-task and perform duties in a fast-paced environment. Good working knowledge of PC tools. - What You Need to Succeed **Qualifications and Technical Skills**: BCom/B. Sc., Diploma in engineering SAP/CRM / any other sales tools exposure Mandatory Deep knowledge on MS excel and power point. **Overall and Specific Experience**: 3-4 years of relevant experience in back-end coordination or commercial activities.
