We are seeking a **Front Office In charge** (Prior experience in schools) position in Vizianagaram for one of the renowned Educational Institution.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Excellent communication skills are mandatory in dealing diplomatically with visitors to the school.
- Support & Co-ordinate with the office team in a smart way to complete the daily tasks and needs of the organization.
- Handling the Admission process, Issue of TC’s, Parent Grievances etc..
- Ability to understand of CBSE board process and workflow.
- Ability to establish good working relations at all levels of the School - with students, teachers, senior management, Board of Directors, Dept. Heads etc.

**Skill Set**:

- Should be multitasking with the ability to priority tasks.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Collection, Framing, Analyzing and Reporting of data in a systematic manner with innovative approaches.

**Minimum Qualification**:
**Minimum Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year as Front Office In charge or similar role.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
