Rangadore Memorial Hospital is looking for qualified and committed ICU-trained doctors to join our critical care team. The role involves managing critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU setting under the guidance of senior intensivists.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Initial Stabilization & Triage**: Rapid assessment and stabilization of patients upon ICU admission.
- **Clinical Monitoring**: Continuous observation of vital parameters and timely escalation of concerns.
- **Critical Interventions**: Perform essential ICU procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and management of ventilated patients.
- **Multidisciplinary Coordination**: Collaborate with intensivists and other departments to deliver coordinated care.
- **Emergency Management**: Participate actively in Code Blue, CPR, and emergency response within the hospital.
- **Medication Management**: Administer and titrate ICU drugs including vasopressors, sedatives, and antibiotics.
- **Documentation & Handover**: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth communication during shift transitions.
- **Family Communication**: Support families with regular condition updates and clarity on treatment plans.
- **Protocol Adherence**: Follow hospital protocols, infection control practices, and contribute to clinical audits and quality improvement.

**Requirements**:

- MBBS with MD/DNB Anaesthesia
- Strong clinical acumen in critical care settings
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
