Doctors shall come on time and take charge of the patients individually.
- Shall attend to the serious patients first and then the stable patients.
- Shall put daily notes for all the shifts after a thorough clinical assessment with date, time and signature. as per the department in which they are posted.
- Shall document all the outside investigation reports and consultants OP slip at the time of admission.
- Shall keep the consultants informed immediately on admission of patient to ward and take further orders and implement them.
- Duty doctors are responsible for the post-operative care as per the consultant’s orders.
- Care in the ward, including wound dressing, CVP Line removal, epidural catheter removal and Ryle’s tube & Foley’s catheter insertion/ removal
- Shall put receiving notes for patients shifted from OT, ICU and Dialysis.
- Shall attend all emergency calls and document them shifts.
- Shall keep the discharge summary ready for planned discharges as per their shifts.
- Is responsible for informing the consultants in case of cross references and keeping the primary consultants updated regarding their operation and orders.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Physician: 1 year (preferred)
