Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the fabrication team.
- Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow.
- Train and mentor new and existing staff.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain records of production output and downtime.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
- Proven supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes and machinery.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
