
Inside Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales records.
- Follow up with leads and nurture customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
