As an Inside Sales Executive at Qikberry Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and building long-term relationships with potential customers. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, understanding their needs, and promoting our products/services to meet sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide service information to clients and answer queries.
- Maintain and update CRM records with customer interactions and sales progress.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the technology or SaaS solutions industry.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or telesales.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi knowledge is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
